I think it work very well. I have to clear out full bucket of water 2 times a day

Wow I had smaller units that I empty once a week. This I have to empty every day and it holds a lot of water. I got it because I live in a camper.

I needed a dehumidifier for my house and specifically got this one bc it covered a lot of square footage… and didn’t cost $100+I DID NOT READ THE REVIEWS and after receiving the product and trying to use it i was wondering how to turn it on.. it wasn’t making any noise and i went thru the instructions several times. Finally went to the reviews to see if this was an issue and the first TWO reviews all said the same thing… “dehumidifier mode does not work!!”So clearly this is an issue with this productDO NOT BUY. I am sending this back immediately!!!!

Works pretty well. I have it in the basement and I think our basement is close to 2000 sq feet so it eliminates moisture humidity in the air and I have it draining to the drain on the floor.

It works efficiently and is very quiet- it would have been helpful to have a handle so when dumping it would be easier to carry . Otherwise happy with purchase.

Technically works, but with some caveats. I bought two units, one of my living room and another for my bathroom. The listing claims 2,000sq-ft, which my living space is way smaller than that, and it cant bring the humidity down below 50% even after running all night.The unit i was using in my bathroom technically worked, but the humidistat was broken. It would read way higher than the sensor I had in the bathroom and would therefore never reach my set point and shut off.Also for what it's worth, these units do pull less than the rated 215w on the label. On high fan speed with the compressor running i saw a peak of 150-160w.I guess you get what you pay for.

A slight hum but quiet. Give it time. At least overnight to pull water from the air. Overnight the bucket would almost be full of water, which means that it is working. I didn't see a huge spike in electricity when using it. People don't notice it in the background working. My humidity starts just above sixty percent. and ends around 45 percent in the morning. Hangs around 50 to 55 percent with it being 75 to 100 percent outside. It seems like a good buy.

Right after plugging in this thing went to work! It is amazing! I'm emptying it out at least twice a day. Not sure what happened for those claiming it doesn't work but it DEFINITELY works for me. The house has gone from over 70% humidity to under 50% I am happy with my purchase.
