Absolutely beautiful lights! So many options, will really brighten up anything you put these on or in.

Things I'd Rather Do Than Use Govee Products (App included) again - Listed Below:***3rd Update***Since I lost 2 of the 6 strands of 66' I shut them off mid-season. Thought I'd turn them on to see how they held up and as you can see by my photos 4 of the 6 died all at various areas during the strand. These icicle lights are 5v but Govee runs 24v and uses mini step-down converters to bring the voltage down, here is where all the failures happen....Govee could have used 24v or even 36v pixels in their icicle lights which would have eliminated the need to power inject (fyi their permanent soffit lights are 36v)Govee could have used SK6812 IC pixels (like their Christmas string lights 2) which would bring an accurate color white like non-smart icicle lights have been for decadesGovee could have scenes that make sense but instead you get 50% of the scenes with rainbow colors just moving differently and why does the firework scene have a green background? Why does candy cane have the color green? Why do most Christmas scenes have the color yellow? Oof these scenes flat out suck and so does Govees naming convention. Would have been better just calling most of them rainbow 1, rainbow 2, another rainbow, blah blah flashy rainbow, potent potables.Lastly, don't fall for the 5-star reviews, most are from "customer review on a free product." If you exclude all the Vine reviews you're left with a 2 star product. Threw all 6 sets in the garbage today and I'm assuming majority of people who purchased these did the exact same.***2nd Update***I made the mistake of trusting Govee this holiday season and was left with disappointment and deflation. Honestly it's not about the money it's about another company pushing overpriced poorly manufactured products which are influenced by Youtube sponsored cheerleaders who peddle this type of garbage. Door-to-door sales has evolved and I fell for their Kerby in-home Youtube demo.*UPDATE 12.21.24*I got exceited when Govee anounced new Christmas Lights late summer these were released in early October where I ultimatly I purchased 6 of the 66' icicle lights....$1300 spent and where did it get me?- 1st box I opened had a dead pixel - exchanged- Odd installation with power in the middle- Odd an outdoor product isn't sold with an outdoor weather rated power supply but I made it work, 6 times.How did it go? **Spoiler Alert - Not Well**- They do not produce the color white of any kelvin well, not even close- RGB colors are more pastel than primary colors- Not able to Same-Model group using the Govee same-model group app. So scenes have to be set individually. Don't care if scenes span the full lenth of 6-sets but would be reasonable to set all 6 at the same time- Govee customer service states the above feature will be released January 2nd...You read that right and are thinking the same thing- I am 20 days into use and so far 2 lines are faulty where 33' stop working - I'm not the only one.- PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE - I think Govee came to terms that their product was garbage and have since stopped selling the 66' version on their website and parts to fix what I have are not available. Govee has refunded me but here I am with chunks of my house decorated in Govee Blackout. When you have almost 400ft of Govee Icicle lights and 2 seconds are dead it's an issue.- Flat Out Horrible Scenes - Govee has never heard of smooth transitions so everything is always blinky flashy and nothing is editable. It is as if Govee is so proud of their terrible Christmas scenes they do not want you to alter it in any way. Like driving behind someone going 50 in the let lane, it's there speed and you must enjoy it!- If you have AIR where you live you better hope wind doesn't exist because a slight breeze sends these ontop of your roof and that's where they stay. These should have been slightly weighted to compensate because I never had this issue with either my old incandescents or newer 5mm soft twinkle led's.- The Govee App is horribleFinal Thoughts....Govee needs to issue a recall on this product, issue all customers a refund and apologize for sending a horrible product to market. I have since turned them off and just use the C9's installed above these icicle lights. Consider the source, a premium price does not mean a premium product. Sure Govee refunded me but I only have so many Christmas's with my 3 and 5 year old and it's their disappointment that is most bothersome. With snow on the roof I am not about to climb up and replace with my past years icicle lights. Again, it's not about the money it's about how many people, myself included, did Govee screw this Christmas.Ordered four 66' boxes of these icicle lights and for $800 I expected slightly better quality control. First box and first side already a dead pixel. They seem fragile and my concern is how will they hold up in the elements when they couldn't make shipping. Case opened with Govee and I'll update my review once I hear back. Didn't open any other box because I want to see what Govee customer service offers as a solution.What are the chances that the 1st of 8 total 33' (each 66' box comes with two 33' lengths) has a faulty pixel. Excitement to deflation in record time.Not to add insult to injury but the Govee app lighting scenes available kinda suck. I was hoping for a soft twinkle scene or maybe mimic the look of colorful C9s on the top row followed by warm white icicles. Nope, here are your 6 Christmas options all of which look horrible. I'd like to meet the Govee employee who thought up the Christmas Sleigh, Christmas Tree & Christmas Wreath scenes because they're anything but what you'd expect. I need to stop because I'm talking myself out of keeping these even before I get a replacement.It started as a hassle but ended fine after a few days of back and fourth with Govee customer service. Defects happen but Govee asking me to power cycle and reset to factory defaults to fix a faulty solder joint was a tipping point. The lights were 7 minutes old out of the package and no amount of troubleshooting was going to fix this problem. In the end Govee stepped up and took care of the situation. I'll update after they get installed and again after they get taken down.Things I'd Rather Do Than Use Govee Products (App included) again:- Listen to a Christmas Album by Fran Drescher...on repeat- Be waterboarded- Book an Airbnb on the Gaza strip- Listen to my 2-year-old tell me knock-knock jokes- Sit next to someone on a plane who’s eating tuna- Make the It’s a Small World ride at Disneyland my permanent residence- Have all of my stress dreams come true

**Update: Govee reached out to me, apologized and offered a full refund. They even sent a free gift! These lights did not work out for me, but I am continuously surprised by Govee’s incredible customer support and awareness. I will continue to buy Govee products and this experience has only reinforced my loyalty to them as a leading brand. Rating changed from 1 to 4 stars after they made it right!Original: In the last 2 years, we transitioned all of our lights to the Govee system from Twinkly. I have never, ever been disappointed in a Govee product…until now. I was so excited to see these new lights this year! They are beautiful when they work, but both levels of mine have failed (see the attached photo, right side of both levels) and in the same exact spot as another reviewer mentioned (right after the plastic rectangle connector). We paid a company to put up our lights and now, will have to pay more for them to replace them or take them down. After investing $300 in these icicle lights, that doesn’t sound very appealing to me right now and makes me nervous about the other new light set I have in my cart as we speak, the Govee tree light cone.My return window has passed and seeing how many others have had this same EXACT issue, I’m confident this is a quality assurance problem on Govee’s end and anyone who has experienced this should be taken care of by the company (even if out of the 30 day window). I love our other Govee lights (neon, string, net, ground) but I simply cannot recommend the icicle lights and I encourage others to pass as well until they fix this widespread product failure issue.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve always loved Icicle lights and the Govee Icicles are very well made. They’re very user friendly- easy to set up : both manually (no tangled mess) & setting up the app. I got the 33 ft one that fits just right on the front. The app is fairly simple to navigate and there are ample options to choose from if not - create your own!! They look very ELEGANT and sophisticated and creates a magical / whimsical ambiance.The only drawback is - it’s Not interconnectable.. I hope Govee would try to make interconnectable icicle lights in the future. I got them on Black Friday sale -but even otherwise, they’re a great price for the quality and all the versatile functionally including changing the brightness levels! Definitely recommend if you have the budget for it! You can use this product all year round - they have multiple themes on the app for different holidays , hence the versatility!Merry & Bright it is!

Be careful my product stopped working about 1 month. Govee promised a refund. It is May 2025 and I still have not received the refund. I read other reviews where people had issues and were promised refunds. When it works it is fine but when it doesn't......

Love their products easy to use and set up. Seem to withstand the elements
