Q: Can this mink oil be used on hiker style work boots that are suede leather?

Yes it can be used on suede but the surface of the leather will no longer be suede, the mink oil will darken the leather and it will no longer look like suede. It takes on a smooth texture. After the oil soaks in a wire brush can help bring out the suede texture again.

Q: Would this work for bridle leather? I was hoping to use it for a wallet.

I would say so but always do research. It works great on leather holsters and knife sheaths.I thought saddle soap was used on saddles.I would call and ask a tack shop to see what they recommend first.

Q: Can this oil fix cracks on leather boots?

I wouldn't think so. I think this stuff is for water proofing and keeping leather from getting to the point of cracking.

Q: Why is a 3 pack twice the price of 3 singles?

Beats me. I bought it when a 3 pack was double the price of one. That surprised me. Looks like they are still confused.
