Didn't mean to buy this
I mean i bought it on accident but as a "gel-ing" agent it works perfectly turning into a thick gel when added to water the only problem is the smell that the gel has which is probably covered up if used in food.

It works!
I am not sure that if it has any nutritional value but I think using it in small amounts will help to create vegan, sausage, patties, burgers etc. Most of the vegan and veggie products have this product in them. I recommend this product.
