It does remove wax buildup.
Just cleaned the wax buildup in ear. Did not help hearing ability, though.

Helps clean out wax but didn't change my tinnitus
This did part of what it said it would - it did help clean out some wax but the fizz was a little uncomfortable. I don't have frequent tinnitus but that still hasn't changed since I started using the spray.

Worked well for cleaning earwax
I can't comment on its effects for Tinnitus, I have it but only used the spray once so far. I did find that spraying it as directed into my ear canal and inserting rolled-up tissue ( the directions call for cotton ) did remove some dried up ear wax that I was previously unable to remove. So for ear-wax removal, I can honestly say it works very well.
