Really good. Soaks up flavor well. When I received it I drained the liquid out and then froze it. I think the texture is better that way.

Instructions to make better
I bought this from another vendor. I did not like the broth taste they used. So I decided to squeeze out the broth and use warm water to wash taste out. Then create your own broth to boil it or season before frying. What I think are good broth ingredients are liquid smoke call colgin hickory and yeast few,mushroom powder shitaki type Then there is Edward & sons vegan bouillon cubes...chicken or beef flavor. There's other things to make a better broth too. You can toss in vegetables if you want even. You'll definitely want to change the flavor of old socks mixed with beet powder.
