Not bad at all, definitely not the best in the market, but it does worth the price.

Faulty
This product has been faulty. And can not get in touch with anyone. I payed nealy 600 pounds and my husband now had to peddle it to work as electric in bike dose not work

Lovely bike
Though the delivery came way later than promised, that I almost cancelled, it eventually came in the end, and its been a good buy so far. Working fine, just as described, maybe would cover 42-60km as described, if you're on a full electric mode all through, but it still covers quite a reasonable distance. Control is good, weight is as described, came with all accessories listed for assemblage. So far, so good.You might have to pump the tyres before use tho, mine came deflated.

Faulty bike's battery
Do not buy this bike as the battery became faulty after couple of use. Having to cycle now but the bike is very very slow as its not like a regular bike. For instance, even a standard bike is faster than this e-bike when the battery was working. It was only helpful when cycling uphill. I've contacted the company about the issue and the warranty on the battery but they have stopped answering my request as they know its faulty and wouldn't send a replacement so i suggest do not buy this expensive bike as its not worth it and they will try to blame you for the issue and stop answering any request.
