I need a nasal spray that is benzalconium Chloride free as I am allergic to it. This is the only one I can find. A bit strong on the menthol but tha wears off quickly. Good decongestant.

The item I received was not the item shown on the picture / image.I wanted the old style bottle with the long nozzle, which I find works much better for me.The items I received were the new spray style, which do not work as well. The nozzle is huge and I end up with most of the spray running back down my nose. Absolutely useless.I have no idea why the manufacturer changed the shape of the nozzle, but it definitely doesn't work for me.

My girlfriend warned me if I started using this stuff I'd be addicted. I feel as if my whole life I've spent walking around with a semi blocked nose. I'm not addicted, it just feels really good and I keep running out of it so I must keep buying more!

The product that arrived is not the same as has been delivered in the past, but instead, has a new dispensing nozzle. The new nozzle is much shorter, so the spray doesn't go as far up the nose as the prior product, which I find less helpful. If this is for safety reasons, please could the manufacturer make one for people with common sense who won't actually try to stuff the entire bottle into their sinuses?
