Great rehydration
Very good for after a shift in the hot sun. I can honestly feel the difference after drinking one of these with water.

Not easily dissolved but nice tasting.
If you're suffering in the heat and sweat a lot, this might be something you'd like to try.I've been taking these now for a week and they've really helped me whilst I'm working out. I get easily dehydrated and don't drink enough water but this powder has been easy to guzzle down. They might take a little longer to dissolve than other powder but once ready, I find it really nice to taste. So, for me, this has proven to be effective for recovery and for that alone, I give this a thumbs up.

Didn’t dissolve easily, not keen on flavour
I’m afraid I wasn’t a fan of these and as a regular user of electrolyte sachets I’ve had much better. There wasn’t a huge amount of powder in the sachet but what was in there came out quite lumpy (despite shaking before opening), sank straight to the bottom of the glass and I couldn’t get all of it to dissolve even with a lot of stirring (I’d added it to 500ml of water as per the instructions). I wasn’t keen on the artificial orange and mango flavour, and found the typical taste of the sweetener a bit overwhelming. Had the drink not been icy cold I think I’d have found it undrinkable. It’s great that it contains added vitamins etc. that you don’t generally find in other hydration drinks, but it isn’t for me.

Tasty but sweetened
I have tried several powder-based drinks over the past year or 18 months as a consequence of being a Vine member. Firstly, these are sachets (20 in this particular instance) that contain powder. You tear them open at the end, pour the powder into your glass and top up with 500ml of water. You give it a good stir and that's it - you're good to go! Takes maybe 30 seconds. Here I happen to have the Lemon variety of these "Science in Sport Hydro+ Electrolytes Powder Sachets with 5 Essential Electrolytes and Added Vitamins C, B6, and B12 for Hydration Drink". Once mixed the drink has a cloudy white colour. It is a good facsimile of a lemon taste, but it is not a sharp lemon taste. Coincidentally to go along with the look of the drink, I would say that taste-wise it reminds me of Cloudy Lemonade. It is a nice, fairly mild lemon flavour with some sweetness to it too. I like the taste, personally. I will also add that the powder mixed well with my plain water and left little-to-no residue at the bottom of my glass when I was finished.I enjoyed the drink but I did also mention sweetness. The drink contains sweetener. Make of that what you will. Unfortunately for me I am going to have to give a four star review here because of the sweetener. I am not a health nut by any means, but this disappoints me because I do not know how much to trust the product. I do not mean anything nefarious is at play, what I mean is if drink this and feel invigorated and/or replenished is it because the product has worked and restored electrolytes or am I merely experiencing a sugar rush/high? Who knows, maybe I'm being harsh and/or misjudging the product...I will go with 4 stars here because the drink is simple enough, mixes well and goes down nice and easily. I do like the lemon flavour but doubt I would order it again though personally because of the sweetener. Four stars is a fair and accurate review in my opinion.

Way to much sugar, this unnecessary ingredient spoils the drink
Such a shame that it has so much sugar in it, would be much better if it wasn't sickly sweet the favour is good, but the sugar spoils it
