As a man, it is essential for the immune system, and I found it to be very affordable given its quality.

ZMA is a great supplement combination, with the natural testosterone boost from the Zinc, and magnesium is beneficial to improve sleep, so it’s generally beneficial to take these an hour or so before bed.I’ve noticed a difference to both my sleep and my energy levels after a few weeks.These are standard gel capsules which are easy to swallow and tasteless, with 90 in the pot for 3 months supply they're pretty good value for money and I'm happy to recommend.

Can't comment on the efficacy of these beyond my personal experience. They certainly don't hurt my recovery and they offer a good combination of nutrients that can support active individuals.The capsules are standard sized and smooth. They go down easily with water and I haven't had any indigestion from taking them with food so far.Recommended if you're trying to maximise your recovery.

These capsules provide magnesium citrate, usually found in citrus fruits, and magnesium oxide which is a strange choice given its low solubility and therefore not a bioavailable choice, and a tendency to have more of a laxative effect than other types (used in milk of magnesia).Whilst Zinc is an essential mineral to have, especially for male fertility health, it is usually supplemented with a small amount of copper too, although there is no mention of this on the product…Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is an essential micronutrient important for normal brain development and for keeping the nervous system and immune system healthy, but deficiency is very rare in western countries due to the typical western diet high in poultry and potatoes, so probably needs little to no supplementation for most people.I supplement magnesium mainly to assist with sleep, although there are other benefits which includes bone health and heart function. The stated dosage is three capsules per day, but I find one is enough for me. You can overdose on magnesium which causes toxicity in the body, so take the stated dosage seriously and never over-supplement. Always follow your doctor’s recommendation if it differs from the packaging.
