I've had insomnia for 4 years. For 3 of those years it was severe but now it's more moderate-to-severe depending on time of year, stress, etc. I won't take prescription medicine due and when it's really bad I use gummies. I've recently been trying other options, mainly teas/herbs. Valerian Root was helpful but took a while for me to actually get sleepy and I always seem to forget to make my tea until the last minute. I decided to try skullcap (and lemon balm) and BINGO! That's the perfect bedtime tea for me. The flavor isn't too strong (at least not when used with lemon balm). It brings on sleep in a very natural and gentle way, and I sleep very well through the night and don't wake up feeling foggy. Honestly, I've had the best sleep since using this that I've had in years - literally.The herb itself is of very good quality and packaged well. After opening the package seals tight to keep the herb fresh. I'm extremely pleased with this product and will continue to use it for a good night's sleep.
