Rock Solid Excellent Machine
I searched and researched the Ritfit M1 2.0 with Smith machine for seven months. I had a lot of concerns about product quality, shipping, and customer support. All three had significant negative comments, both here and all over Facebook. All referenced damaged and/or missing parts and poor customer support. All this made me extremely apprehensive, but on May 12, 2025, I pulled the trigger and spent four days with knots in my stomach. I ordered the rack without weights; I have my own, and the bench as a separate item. Amazon stated delivery would be between May 19–23. On May 16, the rack arrived. With great apprehension, I opened all three boxes, inspected, and inventoried everything. With the exception of two minor blemishes, it was in great shape and, more importantly, it was all there. After hauling all the parts upstairs, I was able to assemble it in 3.5 hours (solo with an electric drill). I'd give the manual a four out of five stars. It had one error about which bolt to use where, and it did take a little deciphering. However, when it was complete, it was perfect. Everything functioned smoothly and properly. The bench arrived on the 19th, also in great shape. Everything arrived on or ahead of schedule. I am 99.9999% happy with how this all went and the machine itself. However, there is still the customer support, which is notoriously poor.Several weeks before I ordered it, I emailed RitFit with some very specific questions about shipping. They replied with a canned answer that did not address my questions. I replied and got no response. My final thoughts: I had an excellent experience with the ordering, shipping, and the equipment. I am so glad I did this. But if you opt to buy this and it has issues, you may be in for a battle.

Decent for the money
I’m leaving the original review for transparency. However RitFit customer service was very prompt when addressing my issues. They went above and beyond to resolve the issues I had without hesitation. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Been using the machine for a couple of weeks now daily without any issues.************Original ReviewI understand this is workout equipment and will withstand some abuse but a product shouldn’t be delivered in this way. I attached several photos as examples and there are some I didn’t include.Parts of the machine came damaged. The red uprights have chips and rash marks in various spots.RitFit logo board is dented in several places. The dip bars are marred and bent in different directions, may not be able to use them. The safety bars are very difficult to put on the bar due to the fabric backing peeling away and causing friction. One pulley bracket was bent out of shape and had to be bent back and formed correctly and is still a little tight. The weight holders for the cable system were bent had to be reshaped. No extra hardware was provided and some of the nuts did not tighten, replacements had to be purchased.I checked most of the weld points and most seem okay. A couple seem a little compromised but only time will tell.Overall it is disappointing for it to be delivered a product in this condition. For the money, the quality of the metal, pulleys, cables, and attachments seems okay. The rack seems pretty stable, wobbles a smidge when not in use but when weight is applied it holds great with minimal wobble. They do include concrete expansion anchors for added stability if needed. We have used it once since assembly and it provides a decent variety of workouts on a singular machine. If it wasn’t work the cosmetic defects and some of the questionable welds it would be a solid 4/5 for the money.

Best Investment in my fitness I've ever made!
Husband's review:I absolutely LOVE this machine! I own the PPC02 and its awesome. That said I sure wished I got the one with cables.FFW a year later and I saw this beast on sale around XMas and I pulled the trigger. I researched the Mikolo M4 as well as basically any and all other related cages and this one had way better youtube reviews as well as it's a company that I know and trust.Their customer service is excellent. Any and all issues I've ever had (very few) were handled promptly and in a friendly manner to my absolute satisfaction. Some people complained but my experience has been great. They're busy so you don't get an immediate reply but seriously email response day of or next day is awesome! And they care about their customers. It's very clear. If you're on the fence between this and the competitors I strongly suggest watching some comparison videos. It punches above its' weight on the price front. It's more stable. It's a better machine than the others at this price point and some above it.This thing is easy to build, it took me less time than it did to build my other cage that has far less features. It's well built. It's sturdy. One issue i had with my previous cage was it wobbled when doing certain exercises. Nothing unsafe but it was annoying. It LOOKS amazing! I sometimes just go in the garage and stare at it. Not kidding.the cables are pretty smooth (I didn't get the 2.0 so i don't have aluminum cables but I'm ordering them when they're in stock). Spend the extra hundred and get the aluminum. The vinyl are solid, no complaints. But it's worth it to get the aluminum from what others say.The smith is awesome! Didn't realize I'd like it so much as I feel like smiths are more for beginners but i was wrong. Great for learning new movements, working on form, etc.J hooks and spotter arms are well made. Smith bar works well. Pulleys are pretty smooth (will update when I get aluminum). Pull up bar is dope. The Landmine attachment is great. And the cable sliders work very well. May need to play around with the tightness of the knob but you'll get it fast. Don't go too tight or you'll scratch it up. And the storage hooks with the RitFit face plate bring it full circle. And it is sturdy. I need to stress that. I don't even have it bolted in and I've put a lot of weight on the spotter arms. It stays in place. I also have lever arms that used to rock my old cage even weighted down. On this not a chance. It may rock a tiny bit but it stays firmly footed.Overall its one of the best investments I've ever made. I'm excited to work out. I can do everything with it. It's beaitufil and the customer service is excellent. Also watch our for their Challenges! I just got a $600 gift card for their 21 Day Challenge! How many companies do that for their customers! Their FB page is a beautiful community as well.God Bless ya RitFit! Happy Customer!
