Q: I saw a review that he received a fake one. How can you tell that it's fake?

Daniel Defense says don't buy their stuff on Ebay or Amazon. Too many fakes. I find it hard to believe that if DD is out of stock, Amazon is going to have the real thing on hand.

Q: Does this DD front sight work with magpul mbus flip up rear sight?

Yes it would, But WHY? This is a matched set. Magpul BUIS are lowwwwww quality. D.D. is High Quality

Q: Has anyone used these on a Foxtrot Mike’s upper with the forward charging handle ? Clearance issues with other sights

I haven't used them with a forward charging handle upper, however they sit extremely close to the rail, so you shouldn't have any issues.

Q: Are these sights compatible with a holosun hs510c red dot?

I’m not sure it looks like they will work and have full co-witness meaning you will have full use of the iron site’s if your red dot is not on or not working or other things like that
