I have tried many types of pillows over the years and this one was surprisingly comfortable. Despite its odd shaped look, it actually made sense. I could instantly feel the support of my neck and as a side sleeper I could feel it as well. The pinched nerve in my neck was always difficult to bare when sleeping. This first week of use has not only helped me to fall asleep and stay asleep but I've also noticed less pain each day and getting more rest. I will probably buy another as a backpack up. I finally found a pillow that actually helps. It comes shrink wrapped in a box. Unpack and let it pop up it's shape before use. It has a warning a slight smell at first but airing it out a day or two and using a pillow case solves that easily. It is flatter than most pillows but it's on purpose to keep your neck and spine aligned. Now all I need is a new mattress to help my back and I'm golden.

Spouse struggles with neck/shoulder pain and has tried various forms of pillows with marginal success. I got this one just to try. Success! Spouse finds it very comfortable and eliminates neck/shoulder pain.

Nothing worse than a bad nights sleep with neck pain and I finally found a pillow that helped with that. I will say it was awkward getting used to it on the first night but then i adjusted to it and I’ve been finding comfort in it. Not super firm if that’s what you are looking for but it’s good quality and does what it was made to do. I found it’s best to use it for sleeping on back not for side sleeping. Worth it :)

Best pillow ever!!! Everyday I woke up with very bad neck pain. Once I started using this pillow, the pain was gone. I definitely recommend this. You will love it. Very soft but not too soft. Memory foam keeps its shape. Perfect size, not too high.
