I used to LOVE the taste of these. It's still supposed to be strawberry, but eww, they are not good anymore.They still work for me, causing me to start to feel sleeping w/i 30-45 minutes. But, I literally take a drag of water after chewing and swish my mouth out because they taste so bad.

I love it that I don't wake up with a headache (the most common side effect) 🙂

Melatonin dissolves quickly and tastes good. My daughter and I use this when sleep is proving elusive.
