The rubber water hose is of excellent quality and cannot be compared to any ordinary pipe available online or in the local market. it includes one spray gun which has 7 modes depending on your usage. Reel which retracts and locks the hose in one place for making your life easy.INSTALLING THE PRODUCT: It is difficult to install on your own. would advice to call the plumber with a big drill machine for installation.(see the video for more details). the connectors were bought separately from amazon from the same seller. they are not included in your product box. If you already have a tap then buy the connector accordingly otherwise first buy the connector and then get the appropriate tap .PROS:> powder coated metal reel.>excellent quality rubber water hose(can be used for hot and cold water )>7 mode metal spray gun included. for eg- the showering/mist mode can be used for watering your seedlings, jet or flat mode can be used for cleaning your terrace or car, etc . The quality of the metal spray gun is very good and it comes fixed with the water hose.>the best part of this product is the reel with a lock system.(see video)>the rubber hose does not stop the water flow even if you bend it during gardening or other purpose.>auto retractable system(see video). no need to worry about you falling because of a pipe.>This retractable feature will retract the entire pipe safely without damaging the pipe.(see video) . 15-March 2017- auto retractable not working, keeps on getting winding and needs to unwind. The hose also keeps folding now.No warranty on contact details.Excellent Saves lots of water. Good quality.Pros:1. Excited quality.2. Comes with 50mts hose .3. Once used to its quite easy to use .4. Saves water , definitely5. Auto rewind is excellent and super convenient, no need for winding it .6. Saves a lot of space and is quite compact.7. You will love it if you have a big garden.Cons:1. Difficult to fix and fit . no easy manual. The pic is misleading.2. Would definitely need a plumber for a permanent fix .3. Could be difficult for a senior to pull it .but get used to in few days .4. Hose is little wider in radius so could reduce the water pressure , but u can get used to this again.

I bought this item after much research. I even got to communicate with the manufacturers who were extremely efficient and knowledgeable. It's expensive and I was worried about degradation of the rubber hose in our tropical climate, but they said that nothing will happen to the hose. When it arrived, it was HEAVY!! Taking it out of the box required two people. But I was very pleased at the quality of the entire unit by just looking at it. The reel and bracket are made of very sturdy powder coated metal. The nuts and bolts are also very strong. The shower head was of good quality and didn't look cheap. They sent me a complimentary 25' hose also which I didn't know was included - so that was a pleasant surprise! The rubber hose is very light. I had to call a plumber to fit it up for me. Keep in mind-the hose is 1/2", but the couplers are 3/4". It's written on the box, but easy to miss. Once fitted, it's a dream to use and saves so much water! The ratchet takes some time getting use to and once mastered, the auto-wind of the hose is again such a boon! I tailor-made a zipped cover for the entire unit to protect the hose from UV just in case. The only criticism was that the manufacturers should include a paper template so that the template can be placed on the wall and measurements made easily as opposed to lifting this heavy unit. (Rishav: please note!) It's a great piece for people who love gardening. GO FOR IT!!!!

Excellent does the job, good quality

A good product with good service support is a great product. I have been using the Hose for the last three years and am very impressed by the quality. Hyderabad tends to get pretty hot in the day, during summers. The pipe has weathered it all very well and there are no signs of any cracks or deformity.But the best part is that the valve that connects the tap to the hose reel, started leaking and I wrote to the company for a replacement. Not only did they respond promptly, but the first question was: When did I buy the hose. Because if it was within two years, they were willing to send the part free of charge! The gentleman that I was speaking to was very helpful and supportive through out the discussions. I am getting the valve replaced and feel that the pipe will easily last another 5 years at least. Very convenient too, since it completely retracts and looks good on the wall of the lawn.Good Product, great service Support.

I purchase this for peace of mind, but within 3 months of use I came to know there is a major design flaw. Worst of all I called and WhatsApp customer support there is no reply and no support.
