Families favorite salsa
I need to start a recovery group for Mateos salsa. I am addicted to this, and so is the rest of my family. They do have a variety of flavors as well as varying levels of heat. We love the medium, enough heat for those that like spice, and not too much for those that don't like it on the wild side.

The Flavor I have been searching for.
Delicious! This salsa has texture but is not chunky. It is tomato based, and expertly seasoned with peppers, garlic, cilantro and just the right amount of cumin. It's tangy, but not tart or sour. It's perfect, of course, with chips, but also excellent over eggs and potatoes, or heated to make chilaquiles. Sooooo dang good!
