Adjustable with cover
I've only recently started to explore microneedling, and had already bought a couple of derma rollers in different lengths for face, body and scalp. The roller type are generally not advised for scalp/hair, as the rolling action can break hairs and initially worsen the appearance of hair thinning. The rollers I have also don't come with any sort of protection for the needles, which are easily damaged/broken/bent and can then cause injury to the skin. Additionally, they're fixed needle length, meaning you need to buy one of each length you require (generally, shorter for face and longer for body/scalp)This derma stamp addresses all of these problems in one unit - it has variable length options, which is easily adjusted with the dial at the end of the handle. It also means you can fully withdraw the needles when not in use, completely eliminating the risk of damage by knocking them on something. It has a cap, as an extra protection from damage to the needles and ensuring it's kept clean.Easy to use - obviously, there's some discomfort from stabbing yourself with tiny needles, but it's far less awful than you imagine before you try, and you should start short and build up to a level you can tolerate (and find a few blogs/youtubes to guide you on recommended length for the area and technique). There does seem to be much disagreement amongst proponents about how often you should do this - some say every 2-3 weeks, others suggest as frequent as 2 days - that's for the user to decide, but personally, I prefer to make it a ritual every 2 weeks (I believe you should leave some time between treatments to allow the body to put its repair process to work, bringing collagen/elastin to the skin).Decent serums suitable for the area being treated are an advantage, I think.Science seems to agree that there is something in microneedling, so I'm happy to persevere with the routine.Sterilise before and after each use.

Keep on rolling baby… Big fan of this!
This is my first time using anything like this, I won’t lie I had some small apprehension towards this as the thought of this kinda weirded me out, but I pressed on, got over my fears and used it, soooo let’s review…First of all, you can adjust the needle length, from 0 - 2mm which is nice, because it means you can control and up the length as and when you feel comfortable. I started low and worked my way up, I found that 1mm has some small discomfort, nothing major but obviously if you’re sticking needles into your skin, you’re going to feel some form of pressure and skin discomfort, however having said that, I did notice that it had an affect on my pores, they looked cleaner, smaller and the skin vibrancy around them / the area I am targeted looked better and brighter. Also this is good for beard growth too, helping you to open the pores and encourage beard growth - i have a beard anyway, so this didn’t really fit into my agenda, BUT it’s very good to know.Would I recommend this? I would yes, I would caveat that with make sure you’re careful, just take your time, be patient and make sure to clean and disinfect this each and every time you use it, just to make sure you’re not passing around germs and grime each time you use it.Am I convinced by this now, as a first time user? I’m getting there yeah, this has definitely made a difference to my skin and pores, so I’ll continue to use this, and will edit this review down the line if anything drastic happens…. But yes, right now, I am now a fan of this!

Lightweight, easy to use
These is a great tool to use to help brighten my skin. One thing to be aware of is that you do need to sterilse the needles before and after use. So do buy some sterilising solution at the same time.Though there are instuctions on the box, they are very small and not easy to read. Shame they hadn't been put on the larger side of the box in bigger writing. It is a nice lightweight tool, no hand or arm strain when using. My skin does look and feel better for using this item, but you do have to be careful to not use too long a needle point when starting out.I would suggest watching a vlog or going to a beautician to have a treatment to know exactly how to use it and how it should feel.

Lightweight and adjustable
This derma-stamp arrived exactly as described on the description. The outer package is beautiful and the stamp itself looks exactly like the photos advertised so there were no nasty surprises when I opened the box.The stamp is lightweight and easy to use. I have used a derma stamp before so I know how they work and their safety precautions however, i'd recommend if this is your first time, please watch a YouTube video or do some reading before going straight in with this device. The product does with instructions but they're quite vague in my opinion. Also, worth noting you need to sanitize this device before and after use to prevent infection and cross-contamination. I purchased isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) and used that and found it worked quite well.I bought this to use on my skin to help with product penetration for better results of the active ingredients. I found it works very well and feels sturdy and not cheap, great value for money for a product of this quality.Although the product is great, it's nowhere near what you'd get from a professional derma stamp that you'd get at an aesthetic clinic or dermatologists. However, I think it's a great at-home device for helping with product penetration that may help with things like increasing blood flow, hair growth, and skin rejuvenation, just don't expect miracles.
