Q: I have a 2008 cts cadallic will i be able to use?

My understanding is that zmax is good for any vehicle.

Q: Do I use a whole bottle each time? and lastly Do I use it with old oil and then flush or I have to add it to the new oil insted?

There are 2 bottles - 1 for gas and 1 for oil. So for oil, first change oil and filter then pour whole bottle of max oil treatment with new oil. For gas, fill up Fuel tank no more than 20 gallons and add whole bottle of fuel treatment. It's that simple and works well.

Q: do you use it before or after a oil change or in between?

After an oil change and every 6000 miles their after !
