I have been taking this magnesium glycinate tablet for the last 3 weeks, one tablet right before bed at night. Since starting it, I’ve noticed that I drift off to sleep much faster—within about 30 minutes of taking it. Interestingly, I’ve also started having some vivid, even “crazy,” dreams at night (not sure if that’s because of the tablet). Other than that, I feel more relaxed, energetic, and motivated in my daily routine. So far I'm happy with the results.
