Great stuff!
I've been taking it for about a week and feel the difference already! As we age we often get little skin bumps, etc. I was getting them around my eyes & top of my cheeks and it's smoother already! I missed a dose yesterday and can feel the difference! Thanks for a quality product that also happens to be priced fairly!

Good 4 me
I have no dislikes. Has D3, 5000. K2 goes hand in hand good for bones. Easy to swallow, it's a capsule and doesn't have a flavor. I take 1 a day with a meal.

Keep calcium deposits out of your arteries
Vitamin K2 along with D3 is a combination which acts as , for lack of a better term, a traffic cop directing Calcium into your bones where it is supposed go and OUT OF YOUR ARTERIES where it can deposit along with cholesterol, which your body sends to repair injuries to your Endothelium, and clog your arteries over time as we age . Unfortunately it has been found by research scientists that the relatively young are developing these deadly deposits, primarily due to the lack of a proper diet . We have been led astray and made to believe that the wholesome diets of yesteryear , which included butter from grass fed cows which is one of the best sources of Vitamin K2 , should be replaced with trans fats from margarine . Fairly recent research of Vitamin K finds there are several kinds of Vitamin K or sub-forms of it . Vitamin K2 -MK7 along with Vitamin D3 is responsible for, by various pathways, in directing, as stated above , calcium into your bones and out of your arteries. I have done a-lot of my own research over the years , unfortunately not always in my own best interests. I found there is more to diet than eating to gain muscle , as I did for many years trying to be another Mr. America, lol. With this research came , to me at least, the practice of never asking a question I don’t already know the answer to. I don’t mean in school where it would be stupid but , for instance, to Doctors. When I entrust my life to them I like to know they have kept up on the latest , so to speak. I asked my Cardiologist about Vitamin K2 and told him what I had learned. Without even giving it a second thought he began a tirade about how there is ONLY ONE FORM OF VITAMIN K , and it is used for platelet building to make sure your blood will clot when needed . He did the same concerning other things I had discovered. I should have at least asked him why he prescribed STATINS in such high doses, and how they cause even a small cut to bleed profusely. Even a slight bump into something will cause bruising for days . BUT I DIDN’T . I did change doctors and began seeing a much younger Cardiologist . I am in no way putting down older people. I am no spring chicken myself, but I am not preforming surgery either . This Doctor studied at places like Cedar Sinai and Johns Hopkins . He listens and understands. He doesn’t jump down your throat if you tell him a fact , a research proven fact , he disagrees with. He says all these Lies are for one thing, to get your money. Well in any case, what I am trying to say here is before you spend your money trying to assure your good health , do a little research. After all it’s YOUR HEALTH. You may replace money, but when it comes to your health you shouldn’t hesitate to try and be informed. These two vitamins, in combination , work synergistically, to prevent your arteries from developing calcium deposits. And to actually aid in it’s removal over time. Hope this helps . Jerry

New Capsules are HUGE, WHY?
My OBGYN recommends this for my osteoporosis. K2D3 sends the calcium into your bones instead of soft tissue and arteries. K2 D3, Calcium Citrate and Magnesium Glycinate is the correct combination to prevent any more bone loss.My confusion is why the company changed the size of the capsule. The ingredients are the same.Amount per serving is the same. Why is the color and size so different. I'm afraid to take the new capsule.Swallowing the Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate is difficult enough without adding to the size of the K2 D3.Did they make a mistake?Has anyone else noticed the difference?

Very happy with my purchase
I have been taking D3 for years, but only recently read about the benefits (NEED) of adding K2! How nice these are together in one, easy to swallow capsule. I will definitely be ordering these again! Great price, veggie capsule, GMO free, gluten free, soy free; I will definitely be ordering these again!

Good Product - I hope
My blood panel indicated I was low in vitamin D - below normal range.I used the K2 + D3 for about 2 months, then another blood test. This time, the vitamin D level fell within the normal range.I now use the K2 + D3 every other day.

Very large capsules.
I don't like the large capsules. Although these are flavorless I prefer small gel tablets by another brand because they're easier to swallow. My doctor has seen positive results of K2 stopping progression of early onset osteoporosis.
