Can pristine be used instead of stability? or does it have to be used in combination with stability?

If your aquarium was your digestive system, stability would be the probiotics, and pristine would be a total gut cleanse. In tanks, you have to have the kind of bacteria that changes ammonia into nitrate, which is why we use stability if we are deficient of that. I use pristine one month per year for a deep clean.

Is this ok to use with invertebrates? I have freshwater aquarium shrimp.

I have a freshwater planted aquarium with shrimp and have used Pristine for several months with no problems.

What is the difference between this and Prime effectivity wise? I currently use Prime and have film and a generally nasty tank.

Pristine is a bacteria that helps break down the gunk in the tank. Prime is a chemical that removes chlorine and detoxifies ammonia in tap water. I added pristine to my tank 2 weeks ago and I've noticed that the nitrates have reduced and there is no longer a film on the water surface.

Will this eliminate all the fish poop and food stuck in the gravel bed?

For that you can use Peroxide fond at pharmacy. 30mg per litter will break down fish poop and any organic material including algae. Use ORP when using Peroxide and stay below 400mV when adding. The ORP #Mv will jump upon dossing.

Clears water...

This did clear my long term cloudy aquarium water after dosing two times. It adds a different kind of bacteria to the water column and passes through filters. It doesnt seem to cause any issues to the already established nitrifying bacteria either.I had tried water changes and less feeding to no avail. None of my chemical checks showed anything was out of tolerance. Yet within 1 day of adding new water, the tank water always became cloudy. I doped the tank with this twice over two days and now the water is crystal clear. I'll likely continue to use this product in the future as needed.
