Q: How can I use this with Olympic plates? I don’t have a cable machine

This really is designed to be used on a cable machine. Could always clip the carabiner to a strap, then fish that through an Olympic plate and tie it to a smaller plate. Then simply pull the plate up and down working your wrist, or run the strap over the edge of a table then work side pressure. You'll be pretty limited on what you can do with this without a cable machine. Best of luck!
