Awesome radio for off roading.
Great radio! Bought this radio to install in my Jeep for when we are off roading or doing our benefit runs. I expected it to work but I did not expect it to work as well as it does. It has a great range in it and really clear reception. Would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great radio that is still compact in size.

Great customer service
I have had several opportunities to deal with Radiodditys’ customer service. Most recently with a power issue on a DB-25 Pro VHFf/UHF radio. Customer service was quick, helpful and professional in resolving g the issue. I own three radios from them and will be back for more.

2-year lifespan
I really liked this radio so much at first that I bought a second to use as a base station. This one was installed in my vehicle as part of my work as a Red Cross emergency shelter volunteer. Programming it with CHIRP software was a little tricky as it wasn't directly supported but a clone from another company was.My first unit went bad after 26 months, but Radioddity cut me a deal on a second, which has now been going strong for over three years. The sound quality is good. The main flaw is it can get kind of hot when operating, but it's mounted on the dashboard of a vehicle in Texas. Everything in that position gets hot!

Decent little radio for the price.
Radio receives and transmits like it supposed to. The only problems I have with it. It is not compatible with Windows 11 for programing, have to do it manually, not that hard just takes time. And after a year and a half the screen is starting to mess up. If it wasn't for the screen going out, I have been pleased with it.

Only 10 watts maximum output
I have had this radio for a while now. Not a true 25 watts radio. It never transmits more than 10 watts of power from different power sources. I should have returned these radios when I have the chance. Don't buy these radios if you're looking for a 20-25 watt radio.

Tiny but good & reliable
I love this little radio, its rugged for its small sizeAlso keep in good ventilated area since it do get warm during long transmission periods but builtin cooling fan does a good job cooling it downI use this rig for ham bands on 2m and 70cmPerfect radio and good performance for it price

quit within the first week seemed to overheat and lock up cooling fan on the back would not turn on
i liked the radio size and features were great this unit had a problem with overheats would work fine in the morning when first powered on but shortly i would say with in 2.5 hours it would just stop functioning. fan on the back never came on. i got the fan to work once by helping it with a blast of air
