Worst Noise, No refund from ORIENT. No help. Filing to Consumer Court against Amazon.
I complained about this to you and Orient also on Jan. 12, 2025. The Orient technician confirmed the defect and took the fan and told me that the fan would be returned within a week. But even today, Orient is not sending the fan yet. So, I could not wait without the fan in my bedroom. So, I am buying another USHA fan and install it.Please take up this issue with the Company for legal actions.The Orient fan company is not refunding the money. Please take up this issue and get the refund to you and place the amount in my credit. Fighting with them for 40 days.

I have to repair fan which i have bought from you.
Respected sir/madam,I had purchased this product on 23 july 2023. The fan was running ok without any problem 6 months from purchase date. But after that it is not working properly clearly. It is create sound irritately. I requested to you that you send your electrician to our address for repair fan.

Remote censor is not dependable
Orient Aeroquiet BLDC ceiling fan with remote is costly model than other model. I purchased it on 06.08.2024. The fan was running OK almost about 10 months. After that the fan remote censor is giving trouble. Oftenly the fan bottom light was not blinking and the fan was starting. After a gap of few hours / next day/ after a gap of two three days when attempted sometime in one attempt or several attempt the fan light blink and fan started. When light blink the fan is ok.Due to doubt about electrical switch on board I changed the switch ( the fan was direct without through regulator from the beginning). I also checked the electrical line by electrician. The line is OK. The same connection is being used for last 18 years. I also used the same electrical point for Orient Wendy model and used a orient remote device fixed separately in top canopy ( which two remote censor hanging in air) for 4 years from April 2019 ( purchased through Amazon order date 08.04.2019) without trouble. I report a complaint through call center on 03.08.2024. Only once technician of MAA LAXMI ENTERPRISE (service center) attended on 05.08.2024. He told that PCB of remote censor is not working and to changed. The service center doing nothing. First time they told that PCB has been damaged on transit. I lodged complaint again on 12.09.2024 and 24.09.2024. Second time they told that fan will be replaced. But actually they sent one replacement tag on WhatsApp and advised that I had to go to the dealer from where I purchased the Orient Fan . I purchased it online through Amazon and the same was shipped from Gurgaon, Haryana. Is it possible to change it from more than 1500 kms distance. After complaint to the call center they intimated that they will take the fan first and then replace. I have no confidence on them . In three months they did nothing acceptable. It is my main bedroom fan. I asked them whether they would give acknowledgement for taking fan and assure when it would be replaced. They told that no provision of acknowledgement for taking fan . It is uncertain when they will replace the fan from their past performance.Every time they pressurized for satisfaction code and took it from me with assurance to do the work. But did nothing. Therefore , everyone should think about online purchase. I also don't know why Amazon asked for review within one week whereas warranty period of fan is 5 years without knowing the future performance.

Design & performance.
Air flow is quiet low in comparison to local products but overall a nice product in term of design and noise level.May be air flow is low because of old regulators.Packaging is good.Overall good product and value for money.
