Q: Will be using gopro for swimming with head-strap. Is QuickClip suitable?

I find the head band thing to cumbersome and heavy..would not recommend it.

Q: I play hockey and I'm not thrilled about the whole sticky thing that you have to put on for the helmet mount. Could you use this on a hockey helmet?

I have not tested it, but I would imagine it could be adjusted to fit a hockey helmet.

Q: I want to wear the go pro to record at a concert how well do you think it will handle jumping arount etc.

From my perspective, no problem for the camera. Head straps if that's what your wearing will need to be tight (headache). You might want to get the handle arm for your intended use. It will also allow you to stick the camera into open spots or up higher than the croud in front of you Quality of the picture will suffer some depending on how much jumping around you'll be doing. Q: My quickclip doesn't want to securely tighten the screw. Is there anyway to fix it?

you can try to either use some washers or try to find some rubber o rings and reassemble
