6 oz each which may seem small for the price but the flavor profile of these are high quality and don’t require much to season food and the taste is amazing

Hello there! We recommend refrigeration for the sauces if they're going to be open for more than a few weeks. They are shelf stable and the oil helps to preserve the ingredients, but since we don't use any added preservatives refrigeration can help extend the shelf life.
