Great laptop
Love this laptop! Great features and would recommend to others.

Works well
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this HP Touch Screen laptop for a few weeks. I use it every day for hours as I write and publish books for children. It does everything I need it to and has worked well. I added a keyboard and mouse for comfort but there are only 2 USB ports so I have to disconnect my keyboard to plug in an external drive. I only have to do that occasionally so I don’t mind . I’ve included video and picture. I hope this is helpful

Great Laptop. It complies.
The laptop is what I expected and what is specified in the ad.Arrived in less than a week to an Amazon locker.It not old at all, still with an expiration date of December 2024 on the warranty. In the past I have purchased other laptops that have the warranty expired even when just coming out of their box.The keyboard looks darker on the picture, but it is grey keys with white letters visible in poor light. So it's ok.All the functions working correctly, and loving the big size of the screen.

I have had good luck with this model
I honestly don't remember this purchase. I have had great luck with this model and have purchased 5 so far. I do computer support of a bunch of Benedictine Monks and have had no issues with computers.

No warranty
I called HP to activate a warranty, but the warranty was void because there was additional memory added to the computer by the seller so unfortunately I returned it. I do think it would’ve been a good computer. Had I’ve been able to have my warranty.

These computers are great. They are touch screen and they have Windows 11 on them. They are pretty fast.
