Q: I wanted to make 100% sure that the OA are in fact individually wrapped before I open the big package??

Yes, each oxygen absorber is individually vacuum packed.

Q: Nowhere on the packaging or listing does it say how many cc each packet is!!! infuriating!!!!!?

It's "hidden in plain sight". It shows on the bag displayed and in the description that they're 2,500cc. The great thing is that they are individually packaged rather than bulk packed. Be advised that they are nearly twice as heavy as others sold here and need extra heat to seal if you want the added security of a heat sealed seam. I have to apply the impulse sealer 3 times to ensure a good seal. Once the heat sealed seam is opened with the provided tear notch, it can be resealed with the zipper seal. Though not always perfect at holding a vacuum, it is nonetheless very good.

Q: How many oxygen absorber come with this?

I ordered the 20 piece pack and received 10 mylar bags and 10 oxygen absorbers. So I can only assume the 10 piece package has 5 mylar bags and 5 oxygen absorbers.
