I purchased these for my outside RV porch light. They were a perfect fit. These little lights are perfect. They are bright and easy to put in. What I really like about them is that the casing around the LED’s is a soft rubber like material. Which means I don’t have to worry about glass or plastic breaking this winter. I don’t know how long each light lasts since I just put it in but will update when the first one goes out to provide a life expectancy time line. I think it was a good value for the cost.

These give out a decent amount of light for their size and the warm white version gives a nice color. It has good diffusion as well.

So far these bulbs work great as replacements for the 12v incandescent bulbs in our landscape lighting system. These LED bulbs may prove to be significantly less expensive than the incandescent bulbs they replace due to their longevity. No need to upgrade to much more expensive and proprietary LED fixtures. The 3000k color casts white, not amber or blue, light.Update: these bulbs generally last longer than incandescent bulbs, but, in real use situations, lifespan seems to be 3000-4000 hours.

I purchased 40 HRYSPN BA15s bulbs from HRYSPN at Amazon from May 2019 till now. This bulb is the brightness and closest to warm white I have tried. Like others who wrote about longevity issue, so far for me, ten bulbs have failed out of 20 bulbs that are in use for outdoor landscape lighting. Each bulb is on for approximately 5 to 6 hours each night. One by one, the bulbs failed after ~6 to 8 months of operation. So why 5 stars? HRYSPN's Customer Support stood by their one year warranty and replaced the bad bulbs. HRYSPN's Customer Support also referred me to another upgraded warm white bulb with the same warm white & lumen specs. I just bought an older Class B RV (1994 Coachmen Chevy Camper Van) and it had the older incandescent 1141 type bulbs. They burn hot and uses quite a bit of electricity per bulb (18.4 Watts vs 5 Watt). I have 11 bulbs in my coach, including the porch light. I saved almost 150 watts across all of them by replacing them with these LED bulbs. They are plug 'n play... just take out the old bulbs and put the new ones in. I got the warm white and they match the color temperature of my old bulb (check out my last picture for a comparison). Overall I'm very pleased. Can't speak yet to their longevity but LED's should last longer than incandescents.

I ordered BA15S-5W-3000K waterproof option - the packaging is exceptional, sealed anti-static, resealable package, on the inside of the package each of the four bulbs are further protected in a molded clam shell type clear plastic which is re-usable. I am a marine electrician so I tend to be really critical about products I install on any boat. These are definitely exceptional. A very pleasant surprise to see such high quality in the packaging and the product itself. It is a true 3000K for color, I don't think I would personally classify 3000K as 'warm white' (more like 2700K for me personally), however it is a true 3000K color. No blue hues or blue-white light tones at all. A very bright and nice light. The weatherproofing is very substantial giving the bulbs a rubbery type feel and it feels more than just an afterthought. It is a very well made light, I will be purchasing again for use with other customers' boats/lighting projects.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased 12 of the single bayonet type to replace #1141 incandescent bulbs in landscape pathway lighting. Typical of landscape transformers, the voltage ranged from 12vac to 16vac through multiple taps on the transformer secondary. I installed 11 of them in Sep 2018. At first everything seemed great. But by Jan 2019, 10 of 11 had failed. Multiple LEDs inside were flashing wildly and overall brightness dropped to maybe 10% of the original brightness. My usage was 8-10 hours every night, so I got roughly 200 hours before 10 of the 11 failed.These were a complete waste of money. I don't recommend them. They either have faulty internal parts, poor design, or both.Video attached shows a bad one.
