Q: Is it safe to mix with 30 creme developer?

I wouldn't mix it with developer at all - use a 30 or 40vol w/lighting powder to lift the color, then apply the Splat straight on the hair. It's a pigment dye, not true hair color. It really works best with super duper light hair, pale blonde to white end result tbh.

Q: I put this in my daughter, followed all instructions and it is magenta not red..why???

This color has more of a deep pinkish red tone. If you want RED red, like bright red try luscious raspberries.

Q: How many color packs are in the box?

Its on bottle with the color, if you have long hair use two boxes. Long hair and thick , use 3 boxes just to make sure good coverage.
