Dell OptiPlex 9020-SFF, Intel Core i7-4770 3.4GHZ, 16GB RAM, 2TB Hard Drive, DVDRW, Windows 10 Pro 64bit (Renewed)

Bought this with mixed emotions because of other reviews for other suppliers but when this computer came it was very well packaged, looked new, and it works fantastic so far for what I wanted it for! It booted right up into Windows 10 and I was able to update it with NO problems. I could not be happier with the seller and the product. If they ship all of their products this way, they are head and shoulders above others that do refurbished items. I also bought an extended warrantee, which I always do for refurbished electronics that cost a bit more. It is simply a smart thing to do.

I had purchased one before and it seemed to have some issues. I contacted Customer Service and was treated superbly. Having spent 30 years in customer service I am a pretty tough judge. I could not have asked for better or quicker service. Since neither of us were happy with the performance, I returned the unit and before I had even shipped it, I had my replacement on its way. Three days later it was here. I have a dell laptop that I absolutely love but wanted one that could handle more than it could. I absolutely love the multi usb ports as I run multiples of everything, monitors, printers, vinyl cutting machines ect. Works beautifully! It is fast and though I'm running numerous programs at the same time, no drag!

The media could not be loaded. Hard drive suddenly crashed was working fine on Monday, go to use it Friday and says hard drive not found. Ran diagnostics and the hard drive is bad. Was not expecting to have to replace it after less than 3years. But that's what you get when you buy refurbished I guess.

For the price, very good value. Quite fast. Included disk seems to be original & > 4y old so probably will replace soon as preventative measure but everything works as advertised.

So far customer support is good. Haven't done anything with the machine yet.So now time for an actual review. SO FAR the machine is working fine. The device I received did not include the DVD-RW or any other dvd or dc drive for that matter. I called customer support who was very polite and promised to send me an external DVD to provide for the functionality. I verified with him many (more than 3) times that this was to be a DVD-RW and that external was not my preferred choice but would be acceptable. Customer support for Gizmo Bing while very polite is also pretty aggressive and will not politely allow you to end the call until you write both a vendor and product review on amazon. They have a way to monitor it and can ensure you do it before the call ends. Now you can certainly just hang up but are they really going to fix the issue if you do? No way to know.Today the external DVD showed up, it is not RW. It also required some physical repairs on my part to get working.So bottom line here is for 4 days the machine seams to be working fine. Because of that I'm not changing the 3 star rating. But the truth is if you are buying some sort of refurbished machine a seller you can deal with face to face and product you know what you have when you walk away from them is probably a better option. This machine existed on Amazon without the DVD-RW at a expectable lower price or in fact even with a regular DVD at a lower price. It's not that what I have is unusuable it's just not what I bought and it takes up more desk space to set up. At least the good news is since I'm unlikely to use the drive very regularly I can pull it and store it. But that seams like an unnecessary chore too when it wasn't the original plan.

Although this item was delayed for a while, it was well worth the wait. This PC looked new and was exceptionally clean. I haven't had to use the tech support, so I didn't rate that. As a computer tech, I would say that this isn't the best PC for gaming, although the i7 processor is quite fast, the integrated video isn't quite good enough for gaming. I would recommend this product to other home/office users.

Not happy.Even when nothing is running, the hard drive is working hard.I think something is wrong with it, but would never be able to prove it.

This is refurbished used computer that comes with bare bones Windows 10 pro installed. It works like a new one and is great money value for the computer power. You will have to add software and peripherals for the purpose you want to use it for. I actually like it better than a new computer with a lot of software packages that that I'd never use.
