Looks great without clutter
Put it together attaching hoses and reeled in my hose and yard was neat as a pin!

It is well made and does what its supposed to do. It says fits 100 ft hose, which i don't see how cause our 75 foot is veryyy snug in there. Still functional for us but I definitely would avoid if using a thicker 100 foot hose

Very Cheaply Made - Questionable Seller Tactics
Item is cheaply made and does NOT easily hold a 100ft hose. After paying $80.00 and some odd cents, the seller refunded only 1/2 of what I paid saying it appeared used which is 100% false. I reached out to the seller, as well as Amazon Customer Service asking how they arrived at this conclusion, they did not provide any evidence because it was NOT used by me. Bottom line it's my word against their undocumented accusation and a refund of 1/2 of what I paid for a restocking fee, maybe this is part of the sellers practice to make money off of a product that does not live up to their description. Very disappointed with the quality of the product and the underhanded tactics of the seller.

Not for regular use
I really wanted to like this but the water hose gets completely tangled if you don’t pay close attention to winding it back up. Idea is great and for people who are not true “yard” people. Would not recommend for gardeners - only as a stationary hose on an as needed basis. Too bad - I was excited! 🙃😬😆😭

Sturdy and compact
Its great. Holds exactly up to a 100' hose. Like all hose reels, it moves around when you are winding it up but it looks great and is nice and sturdy

Good quality
Super easy to get set up and works great once you get the hose in there. I would suggest reeling the hose up and leaving it for a day so that it can shape to the reel. This makes it easier to reel in and out in the future. Has been sitting outside in the Florida sun and has not discolored or gotten warped super good quality and the plastic is good quality.

Great value for the price
Great value for the price - easy to roll and seems to be well made. My only complaint is that I wish the hose attachments were metal. I noticed that if the hose is wound too tightly, the interior connection will leak. This is easy to avoid, but slightly inconvenient
