I have had mine for the longest time. It looks like new and it's been used on so many varieties of cheeses! I use it on hard cheeses, softer cheeses and it works like I'm slicing butter 2 years post buying it! It washes well, and you know what a nightmare it is to clean a big old cheese grater! This is something I didn't know I needed, but I'm so glad I found it. It looks as good today, and works just as well as the day that I bought it. I'm so glad I took a chance on this little cheese demon slicer! I noticed other reviews saying it doesn't work well on soft cheese, but it does! You just have to hold the cheese until you're almost done, and then take your last little piece of cheese up to the slicer and rub it carefully! This will not slice you like a scary mandolin, it's so much safer and easier. If this indestructible little bad boy ever gets lost, I will only replace it with the same exact one!!!

Needed to replace an older cheese cutter I’d had for quite some time. The handle came looks and water would get into the handle as well. Love that this one is solid, one piece and can go in the dishwasher. Cuts cheese easily, with consistent slices. Great product.

I never understood the appeal of these before now. I don’t even know what made me buy it, but now I LOVE it. Forget the pretty cheese boards for guests, this makes the perfect cheese slices for my sandwiches! So sharp, slices so easily. Add a thin layer or pile on multiple layers.

This is ok but does not cut soft cheeses well. Also stated could be used on vegetables but has d to use on zucchini.

I've never had one of these before and now can't imagine not having it. It is good quality and easy to hold.

Nice and sharp for those hard cheeses. Makes very thin slices easily.

This is the only cheese slicer that we found that will hold up to Parmesan. You do have to put a little bit of elbow grease into the slice.

Sturdy tool. Used to shave blocks of parmesean cheese.
