Product performs as expected. I've used plenty of these devices in the past. This one meets all expectations and is ready for service.Product arrived on-time and in exceptional condition.

Like it just as much as my Dymo. Unfortunately Dymo doesn't work with my new software but this printer has been solid! Much easier to tear label off from as well.

After trying sporadically over 6 weeks to install a driver and get it working properly (which wasn't successful), I requested a return and refund. Vendor refused. I kept trying and finally got it to print....but it was garbage, just repeated symbols and numbers, NOT labels. I gave up and handed it to my computer guy, who tried several unsuccessful things before contacting Zebra. He finally got it to print actual UPS labels. This cost me another $200. So, all is well? Not quite. The printing on the labels is at such a LOW RESOLUTION that the words are almost unreadable. No way to change it either. Big waste of my time and money. Buyer beware.

Very limited software packages that this works with. Does not work with Quickbooks. Cannot even install it on windows 10

This printer changed my office. Once we figured out the settings for Shopify nothing has been the same. My friend has one too and he referred it to me because I was tired of the crap printers Shopify sells.
