Panasonic KJ17MCC82A eneloop Power Pack, 8AA, 2AAA, 2 C Adapters, 2 D Adapters, Advanced Individual Battery Charger and Plastic Storage Case

I first heard of Eneloop after getting a film camera (The Fujifilm Instax Mini 8, to be exact), and I was researching a good reusable battery to use with it. It requires 2 AA batters, but really sucks up the juice of typical batteries, using their entire charge about every 100 pictures taken. As someone who tries not to be wasteful, I decided I really needed to get some reusable batters. I haven’t tried to see if these batteries are able to do more than 100 pictures yet, but when that happens, I’ll make a note to update this review.So when I decided to go on a camping trip, I realized I was going to bring this camera, as well as several flashlights with me, and it only made since to invest in this kit. The spacers were also a huge bonus, because I couldn’t find any reusable D batteries. If you’re wondering how they work, it’s very simple: they are like empty cartridges that you place a AA battery inside, screw on the lid, then put that cartridge inside the flashlight. While you won’t get a light as bright as you would if you actually had D batteries, you get a light that works well, and was just fine for what I needed it for.PROS:-All-inclusive kit that includes C and D spacers, a reputable charger, and batteries in several sizes.-I love that it comes with the box, so I can always put my batteries in there instead of a jar or somewhere else they may be forgotten or misplaced.-One of the best reusable batteries on the market.-They come pre-charged out of the box.-I use AA more than any other battery, and this kit comes with 8. (I did lose two when my flashlight went missing while camping, but there are still plenty in this kit for me to work with.)CONS:-As a con, the only thing I could say is that they are a bit expensive. They are an investment that does eventually pay off, but you get great quality and lifespan for what you pay, so I would say the overall initial payment is worth it.

I brought this Panasonic eneloop power pack together with my first off camera Flash. I have been asking around and researching for a good set of rechargeable battery and mostly everyone who had photography as a hobby suggested me to get the eneloop for my Flash. The local prices in Singapore for this kit is almost more than double the price, so i decided to buy from amazon under global shipping. The kit contains 8 AA and 2 AAA with a charger that can charge individual cells (Also have some adapters for other battery size, but havent used any adapters yet). With the LED Indicator on the charger its easy to figure out when your battery is completely charged and you can put the battery in any of the charging slot (Dont have to be sequential or in pairs).Before i purchased these rechargeable battery i used to buy dozens of normal non-rechargeable battery's and run out of juice very fast and have to buy another set again, with the eneloop rechargeable I wont have to buy batteries anymore, probably every new device that require a battery I will just buy a new set of eneloop (Hopefully these battery last for the lifetime of most electronics today, ofcourse with the recharges!).Good:- Fast charging- Easily visible charging indicator LED's- Excellent quality batteries & Chargers- Supports both 110 & 220 power lines (Good thing when you travel)Bad:- Since i am using it in Singapore i had to get a Main power adapter (Charger comes with US plug)I really recommend these battery's!

I have an engineer friend who tested several brands or rechargeable batteries and concluded that these were the best.I love them and have ordered more. The case is very handy. The batteries hold their charge well and re charge quickly. I love using these instead of taking used up batteries to the recycling center. Highly recommend!

These batteries are the best rechargeable have used for years in my everyday life.

The batteries themselves are great. They last a long time, are easy to charge, great overall. I have some others and they are great. Be aware that the AAA batteries are used in the C battery adapters, and the AA batteries are used in the D adapters. This may influence your purchase. The set comes with what you really need in my opinion although it might be nice to have a couple more AAA batteries, but I already had some more of those.The biggest thing that I don’t see a value in is the case. I feel like these are already expensive, and I think you pay extra for the case. However, it’s kind of like you either buy a gazillion batteries with no charger (I needed this as I lost mine) or you buy this expensive set where you pay for a case that I am throwing away (yes I know you can piece a set together but then you are definitely paying more). I just think I’d rather save a few bucks and have no case.Overall, I have no complaints about the batteries themselves, I just wish there was a better set to buy. Luckily, I don’t need any more, and because these work well, I won’t need to buy anymore anytime soon.

I purchased this battery kit as a Christmas present for my Mom in December of 2019. At the time of this review it is, December 2024 and over the holidays this year my Mom made a comment about how great these batteries are and was impressed with how well they still work. I've been using Panasonic Eneloop batteries for years myself and highly recommend these batteries!
