Q: My beautician uses hot shot spray gel, and i could buy from her, but it's too expensive for me. do you know if this is comparable?

I am un aware of hot spray gel. I do love this product!

Q: If you reapply it to dry hair each norning, how many days before the buildup requires that your hair be washed?

It largely depends on how much you use and the texture of your hair. A good average would likely be 3 to 4 days.

Q: Does this have a pump?

No, but you can either by a pump for it, or transfer it to a smaller spray bottle to use. This is much more cost effective to buy in a larger quantity, than a smaller bottle.

Q: Does this smell like the hairspray?? Like watermelon??

it is similar, very light fresh tropical fragrance.
