Yummy paper!
This is really luscious paper...I use it for handmade journal pages, and it's wonderful. It gives a distinct luxurious effect to the journal signatures, and aside from adding a bit of "aged" coloration to the edges, I leave it alone...it's too lovely to cover with pictures, or even belly bands or pockets. A definite "must have from now on" item!

Great Paper
I was looking for an elegant paper to use as my letter writing paper. I had previously used Lokta paper and enjoyed the natural esthetics of its look and raw texture. However, I had wanted to try cotton paper but didn't want to thrown down the big $ for Amalfi. Through some searching, I discovered this paper and was initially skeptical but concluded that it was worthy of a try. Well, the try produced a positive conclusion. The paper has a unique fine grain coarse texture yet is evidently smooth and soft. Great paper and would recommend it to those whom are looking for a less expensive, quality, cotton paper.

try it. give yourself a treat.
this is rustic and lovely paper with deckled edges. I enjoy the small sizes available in Khadi. It's expensive but worth it. This paper is not 140 lb. so will not take an excess of water or over working. Let it dry between layers if that is how you paint. I love it and am glad I have several sizes of Khadi. I like it for quick loose paintings.

Watercolor? Not so much.
Pretty paper, but absorbs water like a sponge and pretty much ruins the painting in the first layer. If you want to do watercolor, stay away.
