Q: What are the actual measurements as toilet seats vary?

I measured it almost 16 3/4" long by 14" wide. Also, one side of the cover is kinda silky and the other side has a bit of a rougher texture. So when you put it on the toilet seat, make sure you place the rougher side on the seat or it will slip right off. Hope this helps.
