Fantastic Wireless Headset
I purchased the Jabra Engage 65 on December 2nd of 2021 for work and is connected to my work laptop. The primary reason I wanted the Jabra Engage was for the stated coverage of 330ft. My office is on the second floor of my house, towards the front and my kitchen is towards the back and I can attest to the fact it reaches 300+ft. Voice clarity has never been and issue, unless I am pushing the physical distance limitations. In 2022 my company has migrated from Cisco Webex to MS Teams and the Jabra worked on both platforms flawlessly. I also have the Engage 65 connected to my home land line phone, with no issues, although I need to lift the handset to engage a call. Overall, my rating would be a 4.6 and would be higher if it could auto engage a call via landline.

Works perfect to answer calls and listen to music
Bought these because this is what our IT required if we wanted headsets. I use just the ear piece as the headband piece is not comfortable for me. Although that’s the only way one of my coworkers will wear it. The earpiece was a little uncomfortable initially until I got used to it, but I don’t have any issues with it now. Sound quality is good. I asked our IT department to set them up, but after watching him do the first one, I didn’t have any issues connecting everything. There are times that I’ve had to disconnect it because it would only connect to my computer and not connect to my phone, but with a quick unplug and replug in, it’s been fine. I now wear my headset from the time I turn on my computer until I leave. I always listen to music or podcasts in between phone calls and this is perfect!

Great deal!
Bought this from Amazon Warehouse listed as “damaged.” I wasn’t too worried about cosmetic issues, but when it arrived the box was DESTROYED. I quickly became nervous, but to my surprise the actual base and unit were perfect!! Not a single blemish! The unit replaced a Cs500 and it’s been the greatest addition to my workspace in the office.I’m able to listen to music from my pc and quickly answer calls with the touch of a button (I also picked up the lifter.)All in all, I got the unit and lifter for $80. Absolute steal!

Terrible customer service, $300 defective product
We have a small office of 10 people, just at desks with customer service calls. I have purchased 4 of these so far because staff have loved them and we were very impressed by most of them :) However, one that we got started breaking very quickly. Pieces would break off of it and the employee would try to tape or glue it and then over 5 months' time it just got worse and worse to where it wasn't even fixable anymore. I called the company and the customer service seemed amazing, the guy I spoke to said it sounds like it just came from a bad lot and that he is sure there would be no problem sending just the new head piece. Base and everything was fine ! I was very impressed, WELL THEN another person reached out to me, and she was another story. She said they don't cover PHYSICAL ABUSE of their product and said they would not be doing anything to help replace this product. She cared nothing about the fact that we are a super low key office and have 3 others that are perfectly fine or that we did NOTHING to this product besides regular office use of talking on the phone. I went from super EXCITED for phenomenal customer service to very DISAPPOINTED in this company and also in their inconsistency in customer service. Safe to say, we will not be purchasing any more from them or giving them any more of our money :)

Excellent performance and range, great sound quality
This is my second Jabra wireless headset for business use and have been using the Jabra platform for more than 15 years. The Engage 65 Convertible worked up until this past week when I was having a lot of trouble with it connecting to my computer. It seemed to function fine once connected but I couldn't control it from my computer like I used to. I'll provide some basic info below:PROS:* Incredible range - I was able to maintain a call for about 100 feet without interference* Sound quality - most important was how did I sound to my customers, I often checked and never had an issue with the party on the other end having good sound quality from the Engage 65* Functionality with Zoom or Webex - no issue, worked well* Functionality with Cisco 8865 IP Desk Phone - works perfectly, no issueCONS* The Engage 65 didn't last as long as its predecessor, which I had for nearly 10 years of use with only having to replace the battery and ear piece components during that time.* This unit lasted just 3 years, almost to the day and I was unable to function 100% with my softphone. After troubleshooting with Jabra, they said the device wouldn't take a firmware update so it was time to replace it. 2 Year warranty - should have opted for the extended warranty from Amazon!* Technical support isn't as good as it used to be, I had a much better experience in the pastDespite the warranty challenges, I still feel the Jabra is one of the best headsets out there for softphone use. I was able to get up from my home office desk and go to the kitchen to get a coffee or get the mail about 60 feet from my office and not lose a connection. I've been using Jabra products since their inception with Cell Phone wired headsets. They've come a long way but I do see the product becoming more comparable with Plantronics, and other brands, unfortunately.

Doesn’t have a consistent connection
The sound is clear, battery life is good, excellent noise cancellation. The downside is that when I’m on a call, it continually cuts in and out. It’s doesn’t have a consistent connection; which is absolutely annoying to me and my client’s.

lacking Battery Life
Love this headset! It sits comfortably in my ear; is lightweight, and the quality is excellent! Unfortunately, the battery does NOT last me the whole day; I MUST charge it on my lunch break. Additionally, the Noise Cancellation is not nearly as good as my Evolve headset was. Overall, I am satisfied. 4 stars.
