3rd day in them, And I felt a difference on my stomach flufiness is more flat. Im only taking 2 pills daily not 5 as recommended. Be ready to have diahrrea. Stomach cramps and overall weirdness on your system. I Exercise daily and feel like im sweating more also.. if this is taking to loose this belly fat...Ill continue taking them. I Trust this brand a lot, as I take other suplements from them. Awesome products! Just be aware of the side effects

CLA is one of those supplements that can fly under one's RADAR. It WILL help you lose fat if you take the right amount all at once and you do it consistently. And yes, you gotta get off your duff and burn off the fat you don't want (~3500 calories per pound of fat!). The peeps at Horbaach know how much CLA you should be taking at a time and they have tailored their 300-pill-bottle to do just that. This bottle lasts about two months.
