This is my 3rd time buying this. I accidentally damaged the first two by not storing it properly so please keep that in mind! Don't store it in a box where the box can be moved around and the wax gets everywhere but that should have been just common sense for me, lol. I love this wax kit so much.

Everything you need is included. The warmer is great, temperature control is adjustable. I prefer this traditional wax method because the wax is easier to control and works better.

I love this wax pot! I ordered two of them one for me and one for my mom I’m a cosmetologist and my mom is an esthetician I gave her the soft wax that came with the kits because I use hard wax. This is a great buy if your looking for a professional wax pot!

This is my first try at facial waxing at home. The kit works very well, but the wax is really gooey - more so than I expected. It appears to be a different kind of wax than is used at my hair stylist's salon.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!Don’t waste your money. I bought this item in May, but July 1st it would no longer heat up, didn’t even have this item 2 months. Contacted seller and they only have a 30 day return policy, they would not even help me at all with their obviously defective product! Not very good customer service if you ask me! I just wanted a replacement, no refund and they refused to help! Do not buy from this seller! Very unhappy with this whole thing, it’s not like I paid 5 bucks for this.

This is your nail salon/spa quality wax pot!I purchased it thru one of the beauty supply stores and paid over $100.Amazon has a great deal on price on this wax pot and once you own it, all you need to get is the wax itself which last you long long time!It is worth your money, for sure!Now all my friends own the same wax pot!

I received this today. When I opened it, everything was sticky. Going further into the items, the Wax Pot lid was cracked and the wax was on everything. Thankfully, I knew to use oil to remove the wax from my hands. Tomorrow, before use, everything in the box will need to be wiped with oil, cleaned and wiped dry before being able to use this product. I can't do anything about the cracked lid, so there can potentially be multiple spills of the wax in the future. Not exactly what I expected to be dealing with.
