Scott's Cakes 1 Pound Block Dark Chocolate

I use this chocolate for truffles; it is easy to work with and produces an excellent candy.

Ate a little and enjoyed it very much. Reminded me of the day when 5 & 10 stores with candy counters with brick chocolate.

Great taste, better price than some other places that sell baking supplies.

This is good stuff,, you can shave it on your coffee or espresso with whip cream
