So far it's a really great little sissy bar. It works well on my 1986 honda rebel... She is currently being re built, and cleaned up, dont mind the photos... I haven't put the back rest cushion on it yet.It doesnt come with instructions but it is pretty self explanatory as it's only about 4 pieces and screws. It's very sturdy, my only complaint is the missing instructions so far. Oo! And the back rest cushion doesnt have any visible place for the screws that hold it in place. Otherwise great, and I'll update as soon as the bike is running again

This product fit perfectly and had all of the parts. It was very easy to assemble.

Very sturdy, but had to bend the braces to fit a honda rebel, they were a little too wide. Easy to put together with an extra hand to help.

i bought this for my 1985 Honda Rebel and its been great on my bike. it took a bit of configuring since it came with no instructions but you'll figure out which way it needs to go. if it seems like its to big then you have the pieces backwards. that's what i figured out after trying to mock it up on the install. the luggage rack is very sturdy and doesn't feel like its give out at all. it does however cover the brake light a little so if you do carry something on it i doubt cars will really be able to see your brake light which is not very safe. but my bike is from 1985. was not many safety regulations back then lol

Was really excited about this bar... when I first put it on my bike it looked great! But... owned this bar for about a month and a half now. I've had a passenger only a handful of times and the seam is already coming apart on the side.

Had trouble finding a sissy bar for my 86 rebel 450cmx, after reading reviews and taking measurements thought this may work. Issue 1 was I was sent the wrong bar, completely different looking than advertised. Return was easy so only inconvenience was waiting for the reorder to arrive. With fast shilling it wasn’t a big deal.The issues I had may just be for my model the 450 as other reviews with 250 didn’t seem to have same issues1) had to drill a hole on frame attachment piece as sizing did not fit. Couldn’t use the farthest back piece as the turn light Indicator wiring gets in the way.2) had to swap out one set of the screws for shorter ones as the ones provided were too long and would scratch the bike3) the first bar on luggage rack Is very close to the brake light, should be fine but haven’t driven it yet. If it causes damage then adjustments may need to be madeAll in all, looks nice, not as sharp as if it just fit properly, I personally don’t think it’s a big deal as I’m more concerned about functionality.Unsure how it will wear with use, will update if quality is poor. First impressions are good.For an 86 Honda Rebel 450CMX you can make it work as long as you don’t expect a perfect fit.
