Phoenix 98107 Dual Action Mini Stepper

The stepper appears to be well made in everything but the arms. They provide a clunky and nearly non-existent level of resistance. The actual stepper function appears to work well and at the very least the arms can help stabilize you; just don't expect an upper-body workout from it.The unit arrives partially constructed, so the assembly was straight-forward and can easily be completed in 3-5 minutes with a pair of pliers and a phillips head screwdriver.

I bought this product used and it was delivered on time and in good condition. Overall I am pleased with my purchase because it met my expectations. I needed a simple exercise machine for an older relative, that I sometimes use myself. If you are looking to get your circulation going or keep active while watching TV, this is a good buy.

It's nice that the Phoenix feels, and is durable because I can take with me when I travel and need a way to get some steps in. I only wish that the stepping height was a bit higher. Overall, I really like the quality for the cost!

The Phoenix mini-stepper is an easy and simple way to stay in shape, and is easily stored or placed against a wall for storage. AND, it was received in perfect order - simple assembly was completed in 10 minutes. Great purchase, great and early delivery...thanks folks from Amazon!

Item arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. It was easy to assemble and I was able to use it the same day it arrived. It takes some time to work yourself up to a full workout, so start slow a minute, then two, then five until you get to where you want. Also, because it is so compact, I can keep it in my room and use it when I'm watching TV. It takes up hardly any room.

Bought the stepper on February 14th. Received the stepper on February 16th. Stepper broke today, March 20th. ONE day after the return period. Niiiiiice! Pulley system broke completely.The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because when it is working it gives a good workout, however, it won't be working for long.If you want to give your anger management a workout then this is the machine for you!

I LOVE this machine, in fact it is my third one! The ONLY negative, is that the cable snaps after a while and I hope it has been improved, Maybe this one will last much longer....

I liked that it was light and easy to move but what I didn't like about it - was - that every time the step hit the ground it was a bang and very uncomfortable for your knees. Could be designed better in my opinion. When I moved I threw it out as I didn't like it or use it because of this.
