First I received the package the lid doesn’t fit for the machine, I return it back, and I order again, when I received the machine. The body has a scratches, I am not satisfied the product and service.

This item works well.I have used it about 8 times.After 7 used. It needs to be cleaned due to mold is growing in the spinning head, plastic tube and in the pump.The pump located at the bottom of this item needs to be removed and cleaned (AC must be unplugged).

I got this for micro greens and was disappointed that most of my seeds fell thru. It’s fantastic for beans,but that’s about it. Personally, for me it was more trouble than it’s worth. The water must be changed daily which is a major messy hassle, it clogs up easily and takes up too much space.If all your looking to grow are bean sprouts, then this is perfect. My mung beans came out beautifully. But if your looking to do micro greens forget it.

I bought one of these a few months ago. It grows sprouts very good with little effort. Actually I have grown various sprouts for at least 30 years and this product produces some of the best sprouts I have ever grown. Of course one has to use good quality sprouting seeds to get good sprout production.Actually it is so good I just ordered a second one from COTTEEAMY for more production. If you get one of these I hope your success is as good as mine.

I bought this and love it. Had to contact customer service and they were very nice, and very patient with me. I love this sprout-machine!

It cheap makes

buyer beware. The product was damaged from delivery. wanted pics which I sent. taped the green part together because they refused replacement. 5th batch of beans... pump won't turn on. buy a better one or at least put an extended warranty on it.
