I have been using these plaster patches for a long time and they are so great.If you have muscle aches and pains just cut off a section that will cover the pain and peel and stick. It has a distinct smell of Chinese herbs and menthol.Very soothing the way it heats up your areas in pain.

This works way better than " Icy Hot". It's an infusion of lots of different essentials that really take the pain away. For most effective use I have left in on over night for back, neck or knee pain. But it's also good to use during the day. I have recommended it to several people who had the same results

This product has a horrible adhesive that makes it very difficult to remove the plaster from your skin. Do not buy this product.

It stinks a little bit and don't translate the the text to English. Helped my neck though.
