It fell apart
I have had a granite cheese slicer similar to this one for years. It finally broke, so I purchased this one. Quality is sub standard. The grove in the granite is not deep enough to cut all the way to the bottom of the the cheese block making it necessary to cut each slice by hand once again. The wire was not taunt enough to slice through cheddar cheese, and when I attempted to tighten it, it doesn't tighten any further. The cutting wire then disengaged from the handle. Sent it back, it's not worth the money.

Easy to cut and clean
I love this cutting board. It cuts cheese & hard butter so easily and cleans up great.

Beautiful but not sturdy
Worked great for a few uses but handle shattered while in use. Wish it was strong enough to last mor than a month

It was fun slicing a block. Perfect size cubes and square.

Our handle crumbles only after a handful of uses very disappointing because we loved it and it was super easy to use specially because my kids live off of cheese

Broke after a month
Worked great at 1st and after a month (approximately 4 uses) the stone handle just broke off while using it… really disappointed it only lasted a handful of uses.

Totally EVERYTHING unbelievably disintegrated!
After one year EVERYTHING fell apart or disintegrated!The wire broke, the handle came off because the marble turned into sand where it attached.This was so expensive and I couldn’t believe how it self- destructed. I’d probably used it twice.I never put it into dishwasher either!Unbelievable!! Don’t buy this!!!

Ordered 2 of these as Christmas gifts, one was broken and the other looked as if it had been refurbished. I decided on this product because of the ratings, don’t let the rating mislead you, this particular item is not worth buying.
