Badia Meat Tenderizer 2 lbs – Tenderizing Blend with Salt, Spices, and Enzymes – Ideal for Beef, Chicken, Pork – Enhances Texture and Flavor

I've tried three brands of tenderizer. This is my favorite so far, although the other ones I've tried were just Amazon brands from what I could tell. I choose tenderizer by sodium content more than anything, and this has the least amount of sodium per gram of product that I've found. In terms of tenderizing, I feel like this is the only one that actually penetrates into the meat. The other tenderizers I've tried turn the outside of the meat into mush but the inside isn't tenderized at all. This one tenderizes pretty evenly.

First time buying this product. Will definitely buy again. A little salty and learned to use less.

I’m not sure about this. I’ve used this product before and don’t remember it smelling so stale.

If you are into a lot of grilling or you do a lot of broiling or baking meats this is the product to have. Buying in a smaller bottle in my opinion does not make economic sense. If you don't use a lot of meat tenderizer then that's fine but if you are a heavy hitter like me get the bigger sizes for it will save you money in the long run.

I put this on meat that may be tough and it works great.

The price was well worth the amount you get.
