haven't adjusted yet but the power bounce is really stiff ...
haven't adjusted yet but the power bounce is really stiff, don't do a back drop or you'll break your neck, the netting doesn't fit all the way around.

AN AWESOME A+ INVESTMENT!
We purchased the Alley Oop Double Bounce Trampoline for our now 20yr old son in October 2012. Our son has Autism, Epilepsy, Mental Retardation and Mild Cerebral Palsy. I can't say enough how much my son enjoys jumping on this trampoline! It doesn't matter whether its raining, freezing cold, dark outside or extremely hot! He's on it everyday after he gets home! He is not very verbal, but if I have the door locked, he will bring me the key to unlock the door, then say "side (pause), jump (pause), please" He takes half of the toys from his room out with him and they all jump together! Words are not enough to describe the absolute joy this purchase has brought to him and the joy we as parents feel in having made this purchase! We purchased this trampoline after getting frustrated with the staff at Jump Zone. Jump Zone is a wall to wall trampoline where each person has to stay in their own square to jump. Great way for him to exercise and be active, plus it was something that he could do somewhat similar to his peers! I explained to the staff that he is Autistic and does not understand alot and that he would have a difficult time trying to follow all of the necessary rules that they have in place. I would try to have him jump in an area that no one else is jumping in so that he would be out of the way (he would only jump for 30 minutes at a time)! They would constantly scold him for jumping out of his square and threaten to make him get out! I understand that they have rules that are in place and enforced for the safety of everyone. I am not making excuses for my son, which is why after our third visit, we decided to try to get one of our own. This was a very expensive, yet very worthwhile purchase! I do not regret making this purchase! I would gladly purchase it again in a heartbeat! Not only is it quiet (no squeaking), and safe, it is very forgiving on his joints, it is a quality product with excellent workmanship and worth every penny! The net enclosure has no opening or gaps so that there is a need to worry about him falling out or getting injured! Years ago, we had a 10' trampoline and enclosure that we purchased from a sporting goods store. It barely lasted 1 summer. First it squeaked every time you jumped and was loud and possibly disturbing to our neighbors (they never said anything though)! It rusted when it rained, the netting had gaps and our son almost fell out of the trampoline many times. Needless to say, we took it down and got rid of it!I can not say enough on how happy having this trampoline has made my son! If you have the space, I would highly recommend that you purchase this trampoline, you will not regret it! It may be pricey, but it is sooo worth it!UPDATE: Great customer service too! I had an issue with needing to replace a part of a part on my trampoline (my son was able to tear the rubber foam off of the ladder). I initially was told that I had to order the entire part since it was not possible to order a part of a part. I contacted JumpSport via email voicing my displeasure. I received an email the next day addressing my issue and resolving it to my satisfaction! That's what I call meeting the needs of the customer! Thank you JumpSport!

Better than expected - top of the line.
I only give 5 stars if the product is MUCH better than expected. Naturally this still has some "made in China" elements but it is top of the line vs. the other junk on the market. The setup was about 2.5 hours (I'm good with tools) and the instructions were good enough. The hardware is not aircraft grade but fine for this trampoline. After a "break in" period of a few days the springs have all "settled in" (stretched slightly) and that makes the whole system work even better. This model replaced a 15-year-old version and is an order of magnitude better. I do have the power bounce kit...very good if you have older boys (read that Dad) as it makes both adjustments and skills coordination a breeze. These too needed a few days to "settle in" time as they would fall off the first couple days but are now adjusted well and don't. The cage is the best I have seen, having great tie-ins and still retain the flexibility (or "give") you need for a crash. We got the fun pack and the kids love the bungies and of course the basketball net. (Get extra balls as they bounce out a lot). Add the ladder if you are upgrading as we did, it is taller than the cheaper models and you need it.All in all a nice job. I'd like the hex bolts to have been one grade better quality as the allen wrench supplied does not work well. Also the cage pole caps are a bit cheap feeling but hold everything in place. These tips are "minor" and don't affect performance or my 5 star rating, but when stuff was Made in USA it had good hardware.

Awesome!!!
We have had this trampoline for several years and it is the single best purchase we have ever made for our son. He and his friends spend HOURS everyday, summer and winter ( Maine) bouncing, Playing basketball, " trampoline football," " trampoline lacrosse, " as well as any game they can convert to a trampoline version. It is of super strong construction, it takes a while to build but as you do you appreciate the attention to safety . The netting can take a 180 lb kid flying into another of the same size no problem at all. They finally bent a few posts and did in the basketball hoop but it took years of very hard play to get there. Ordering replacement parts was easy and affordable. As a parent you worry about injury so when I did my research it was with safety foremost in mind. You can get cheaper trampolines but you get what you pay for. This is rock solid safe trampoline. Your kids will love you for it.My son's only complaint is his worry at how much down time there will be when I make the slight repairs, he wants me to do it while he is at camp do his buddies and him will not be without it!! What better endorsement could you have? I would give it 6 stars if that was possible!!
